Xitou Monster Village All inclusive Vacations

My room was big and beautiful, by far is better than many hotels rooms that I stayed in last three weeks. With my crazy travel schedules in last three weeks, I stayed at least 11 different hotels across three different countries. The accommodations and location were great. With late arrival from Australia, I was still able made it to the night market for a quick dinner. I am going back again soon, before I leave Taiwan.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and enthusiastic. Housekeeping quickly learned my preferred hours to tidy up the room. Every part of the room was clean—from the living room to the bedroom to the bathroom during the entire stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the orange MRT line and can easily transfer to the blue/red/green lines.

I have traveled to these Asian Countries, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali, Philippine, Japan, S Korea, Thailand. I just got back from Taiwan, the staff that worked register for Resturant and covered down on Starbucks was completely rude and disrespectful. If this hotel says this is a international speaking hotel that's a lie. The breakfast and elevators are a night mare when they have 1000 high schoolers staying there. If you have children I don't recommend staying cause it can take 30 minutes to get to your room especially when 5 busses show up with guest all checking in. I also had to wait 2 hours after my check in time to get my room. Do you know how that feels when traveling with a 2 1/2 yr old Autistic child who needed a quite space to calm him down and nap.

I would like to share one of your female staff unprofessional attitude at my check out experience. I left my room at 12 noon went to the lobby staying on line waiting for check out process. The front desk staff Bryan was busy with another guest. I was the next in line and another female staff in petite size with eyeglasses was just standing there without offering to help me. Then a group of 4 foreigners guests came down and joined the waiting line behind me. Then this female staff skipped me and jumped to help them right away. Why I was in the waiting line before this group was being ignored??? I have to give the compliment to staff Bryan who was very helpful. But your hotel needs to review this female staff's unfair treatment and unprofessional without helping me in check out and jumping to help the guests behind me??? You can review your CCTV to investigate. Thank you!

I loved my stay at this hotel!!! It was very comfortable and super clean! Loved how modern the room was! Not too big, not too small. It was perfect. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful! I really appreciate the suggestions/recommendations given ❤️ I’d definitely stay there when I come back to visit again!
