love the hotel overall. the roof top is amazing! would have liked a bit larger room with a better location/view.

Visited this hotel with my family and unfortunately didn’t feel very safe, as anyone could come and go in the lobby. There was a noticeable smoke smell in both the room and the corridors. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly, we didn’t need much interaction, but the service wasn’t what we expected from a hotel of this standard.

We liked everything - the quirkiness of the room with a wall of book shelves and books, a giant mirror leaning against the sall; didn’t mind that we had to call when the hot water didn’t come up, we liked the hotel very much. What we didn’t like was when we checked out, were told that as we had prepaid, we could just go. Days later, we were charged $57, calling the hotel, I was told that there was a facilities charge of $25 per day, pus tax.

The W was an awesome hotel. My family and I had a great time. The staff were nice and accommodating. This hotel was also within walking distance from restaurant row, the broadway shows as well as several museums. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is lovely and beautiful.

The hotel is modern but very quiet. The elevator system is a bit confusing and takes sometime to get used to. However, the staff is very helpful. Lastly, the location is great and the views were impeccable 🌟

Special thanks to Raquel at the front desk. Love the area around the hotel. It may be time for a bit of a refresh on the rooms but overall a great property. One final note, the elevator situation needs to be fixed asap!
