The room had an slight odor but i was advised we couldnt be moved because they were fully booked. Also there is no parking or discount parking available for this property which was inconvenient. The staff was nice and courteous.

Beautiful, vibrant hotel. Fun decor. Awesome staff. Very polite and helpful. At checkout we were able to keep our bags at the front desk while we explored the city. The rooms are very very small though (but also very nice). But small.

Very nice hotel and convenient to Yankees stadium and Times Square. Very happy!

Location is great. One of the two lifts didn’t work. Ice machine didn’t work. Safe in the room didn’t work.

The rooftop pool and location made this hotel amazing for families and also easy to get around no matter where you were going. The rooms were also a good size for a family. The hotel felt very safe as well.

Overall it was ok. The location is near Times Square (walkable). Our room had an unpleasant odor that came from the water of the bathroom, the carpet was also wet. The key cards were not working properly. We had to go back to the front office many times. At last, there are only 2 elevators, when 1 was down we had to wait around an hour to go downstairs. Anyway, the staff is very helpful and nice, especially Michelle and Deven !

Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms with lots of amenities. Great location and access to subway.
