Wonderful staff and loved the location

I liked that it was very close to a rail station with two popular local JR lines. The staff was very helpful. They held our excess bags for us.

We stayed here at end of Tokyo trip for easy access to Narita Skyliner. Hotel was great and location, a quick walk to the market which has a great range of food and shopping while being far enough away from busy streets.

Lovely and very clean property a little away from the crowds. Close enough to the trains to get around and only about 1/2 hour away from many of the sights and popular places. Very close to Akihabara so an ideal spot for anime and tech buffs. Has a very clean public bath and sauna, perfect after doing an average of 20,000 steps a day exploring Tokyo. Great way to unwind. Would be happy to stay here again or another Grand Monday property when we head to Japan again next time.

If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen on the 17th floor was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We also loved the guest lounges on every floor. They were comfortable places to unwind, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Overall, Hoshinoya Tokyo exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

I really love this hotel. Nohga does a fantastic job at designing beautiful somewhat minimalist rooms. It’s extremely ideally in the center of Akihabara and a very quick walk to the trains to go anywhere else. The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable, filled with amenities, and I will be staying anytime I’m back in Akihabara or nearby. Also, the staff are some of the kindest and most welcoming that I’ve experienced out of 5 different hotels in Japan I’ve stayed in.

clean room but few staffs are not good, laundry does not dry even after hours
