I wanted to make sure that this review gets to the right people. First of all the room was dirty. For $300 a night, that's definitely not what I expected, hairs, breadcrumbs everywhere, FLOSS??? I was legitimately disgusted. And, the POOL. Closes at 6PM. Are you kidding me? The check in starts at 4PM. It's the desert yo! in the summer, how are you closing the pool so early? The lady at the pool bar was nice but the drinks were definitely overpriced. Here's the thing, the people working here and maybe the managers totally forgot this was a Hilton, not Motel 6. No wonder the place was almost empty. Shame. Shame. Shame.

This is probably just unlucky because the resort was immaculate and the staff Superb. But our room was right beside a Rome where two small yapping dogs were staying…. And they barked ALL night and day when their humans were away. NON-STOP! My recommendation would be to request a room were no animals were staying close by just as a precaution. Unless you like staying awake all night to the lovely sounds of barking dogs. Our room also happened to be below a room that was having some kind of construction going on. The sound of drilling during the day was quite common during our stay. When you’re paying the prices we did for this room, it’s quite disturbing to have these distractions
