The way you have breakfast set up was very organized. And when a couple said, they had a family of six you made them wait for all six people to be together. That is the best for breakfast. The location was phenomenal. Cleaning lady was phenomenal.

We liked the esthetics and fun atmosphere. No room service was a bummer and the upgraded park view room was very noisy. The fire alarm went off accidentally in the middle of the night and it took over an hour to turn off the loud siren and flashing light. We had a good time on the rooftop, most of the staff was great but a few were not helpful at all. 3/5
