The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet were excellent. Our server Luisa was most helpful and provided travel tips that were invaluable. Allan, in the concierge area was also helpful. Although the hotel is on the older side, the renovations are well done and the detailing (I.e, paintings, carved wood finishes, lobby centrepieces, etc.) are all top notch.

Tastefully decorated, clean, and classy hotel. Every staff member were polite and competent. Melody at the front desk working the early morning hours was exceptional. She was super helpful and enthusiastic in helping us with info on tourist attractions and mapping them for us due to the concierge desk not being open.

Room is okay. It was expensive for us as we went there during Christmas. Location is good. Rooms are small but it is clean. Checkin process is bit longer that expected. It took us 1 hour.
