Friendly staffs, good location, good breakfast and room is very clean!

Great breakfast buffet. Loved the indoor pool, yoga room, gym, sauna. Easy access to the mall (with shops, services, and restaurants) was a huge plus.

Family travel with 2 adults and 2 young kids. Hotel is in the centre of the downtown financial district with shopping malls nearby including IFC and Super Brand mall. Walking distance to the Shanghai Pearl Tower as well as the Metro station. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and a bit of everything for everyone. Most staff spoke/understood English and were all super helpful. Only downside was there’s no self serve laundry. My booking included laundry service but limited to 3 pieces per day.

I have stayed here multiple times over the years, and every stay has exceeded my expectation. Iconic property in an ideal location. The room is luxurious with a fantastic view. The staff are always super-helpful. Will stay again next time I go to Shanghai.

The Best I Can Say, Rooms, Were OK, Just Right, the bed was the most comfortable bed. I've Been so far, Hotel, Very clean sheets, and all else, negativo can be strong Smell of cigarette in corridors, and Everywhere, supposed to be a non-smoking, Hotel, but De, Smells of cigarette is incredible. High Everywhere You go special, corredores, and elevator. (perhaps The Only Downside, Concierge Was Very helpful, Always, they even ordered it online from the locks for our suitcase, and paid for us. Good location being near to the main shopping belt of Nanjing East. Convenient to take various train services at the People’s Park station nearby. Hotel services and cleanliness are of the Marriott standards.
