"We arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning and it wasn't an issue. Great apartment with balcony and little kitchen. It was spotless and kept spotless. "The whole place smells like cigarettes, bathroom had what appeared to be black mold under the bathtub & there was hair on the floor from previous guests. All that being said the bed was really comfy & the area was close to all the fun restaurants but far enough away to be quiet"
