They gave us plenty of bottled water without charging us for them. They also provided us with snacks at no extra charge. The bellhops were very attentive and help as well.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while in Boston.

Overall a very good experience at The Atlas. The pros: fantastic staff, very comfortable bed with great pillows and bedding, spacious suite with no clock - thank you!! Very easy drive to downtown Boston. The negatives for me: no directions from parking garage to lobby, no keypad in elevator - you must select your floor outside the elevator. The breakfast served by room service was poor: presented in a paper bag, overdone mushrooms sprinkled on top of an omelette, and coffee mate creamers - come on guys. Overall the staff and the room made up for breakfast and the elevators, though I am not sure I would recommend the hotel to friends.

So when we arrived, we were told the rooftop bat was closed for a wedding. We specifically booked it for that reason. Our room had warer damage by one of the sliding glass doors. The wallpaper was taped on the walll die to that water damage. One of the a/c unit controls was taped on, due to it was broken. One of the plates to the electrical outlet was melted, stain on yhe shower floor too. There website says “newly renovated rooms”. Not even close!!! The only fix, after telling the front desk was a 46$ refund for the amenities. Extremely disappointed!!! Wont stay there again!!!

Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive
