The pool was spectacular and breakfast was delicious - special thanks to Samuwan for your warm welcome and the banana pancakes.
We did find it strange that there was no introduction to the resort and no guest directory. The QR code did not go through to the directory so it wasn't until our second to last day there that we discovered you can get a voucher at reception for one of the long beach lounges out on the beach itself (short walk from the hotel).
It also took 3 nights of asking multiple times for the complaint we made about a constantly flashing light above the jacuzzi to be fixed - the light could not be turned off so it impacted our sleep.

Hotel was lovely, all staff lovely, breakfast great. But 10 nights of very poor quality sleep, too much loud bar/nightclub music which doesnt stop until 3am
