The location was excellent for our purposes since we like to walk, we’re not with a group and the sites we were interested in seeing were close by
The staff was helpful and we were pleased that the concierge was able to cancel a trip to the island because of the heavy rain. The views from our window were lovely overlooking the mountains and even the castle nearby. However , the room itself lacked the charm of other Japanese hotels we had stayed in. Also , for a hotel this size we expected that there would be a coffee shop or area where we could have a light breakfast and not only have a buffet breakfast available. We ended up walking in heavy rain to finally find a charming restaurant for a light breakfast

Great hotel. Very modern and classy. Great location attached to the train station. Restaurants are good with great food selections. The staff are extremely kind and professional. The lobby is huge with comfortable seats, a nice piano bar and a soothing fountain. I would definitely stay here again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s about 5 minutes from from Hiroshima station. The rooms are very small, smaller than normal Japanese rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is older and rooms very small, but location is good close to Shinkansen.

This place has 5 floors and one slow elevator. They put me on the 2nd floor capsule, 4th floor lockers, 5th floor spa , 1st floor shoes. A lot of work to come and go at this place from changing your cloth to getting your shoes . No signs in English glad I was there for only one night.
