The hotel is very convenient to everything and getting to and from places. The room needed a bit more cleaning as there was a lot of dirt and dust in the vents that blew air out into the room. The amenities were helpful and the breakfast had many choices. Great price for the location. Having a company in the lobby daily to help get luggage transfers is such a wonderful asset. Not much interaction with the hotel staff. Desperately need more laundry facilities and have the hotel guests leave their room number on a wipe board. 3 washer/dryers for an entire hotel caused long wait times. Also our room could have used a more thorough cleaning. The mirror was dirty and the bathroom needed a better wipe down.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. The guest laundry facilities were particularly useful during our trip. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lounge, and the wine vending machine was a memorable and enjoyable touch that we had not encountered elsewhere. The rooms were comfortable but quite compact, particularly when travelling with larger suitcases. While this is not unusual in Japan, it did make moving around the room somewhat challenging. I also appreciate the hotel’s transparency regarding the ongoing Wi-Fi issue and the efforts made to provide an alternative connection space in the 2nd floor lounge. However, the lack of reliable in-room Wi-Fi had a significant impact on our stay. For a hotel of this size, internet access is now an essential service for most guests rather than simply a convenience. While technical issues can occur, the problem appeared to affect a substantial portion of the hotel and had apparently been ongoing for some time. It may be worthwhile reviewing the current network infrastructure, provider arrangements, or contingency options to better maintain guest connectivity in future. Despite this issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if the Wi-Fi situation is resolved.
