Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful property. Quick free shuttle to/from Airport. Only negative was the buffet breakfast. It was tired looking. Not much variety. Juice ran out and wasn’t replaced. No fresh brewed coffee. Limited choices in comparison to other Hotels we stayed at in Asia. Overall. Very good.

Room clean and tidy with everything we needed. Laundry room available for your convenience too. Internet was good and reliable. Staff were very helpful with everything from assisting with luggage to room, calling reception for help with luggage on departure and check out. Cafe and Restaurants, Lawsons for all of your essentials and a gift shop onsite. It was a wonderful place for us to stay on our travels. This place has everything you could possibly need. You need to stay here at least 2 nights to enjoy this hotel and all that it has to offer.
