"First we were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. They upgraded us to a bigger room for the same price, however, it had 1 coffee cup, 1 plastic cup, no coffee, no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. 2 “bath” towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. They wanted to charge us double over Expedia. ..."
