9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
My stay was disappointing. The service was poor, the internet was slow, and the shower was dirty. The hairdryer did not get hot, and there was no power available to charge my phone. Cleanliness, service, and basic amenities need significant improvement.
