The breakfast and location are excellent but the front desk is terrible. Hope the hotel should hire or put a friendly personnel on the front desk.

Everything was very lovely.
It’s SF so you are right downtown. However, the games and some of the lobby furniture condition was subpar. No sand in the shuffleboard and the soccer balls for the soccer plinko we’re all deflated. Half of the furniture in the lobby was in poor condition, including the upstairs lounging area.
