My purse was stolen from my room. I never reported it because I should have locked it in the safe. I fortunately took my valuable items out of the purse before leaving the room. The first room had blood stains in the tub so they gave me another room and that is where my items were taken.

Loved our stay , staff is excellent and so accommodating. Will be back again thanks 😊

$700 rooms should not overlook a/c units and should have adequate water pressure. Disappointing

Rooms are super large and you can't go wrong. The lines at the check-in is super long and slow. We had to stand in line again to check out as the online option wasn't working. Two of the pools were closed and the other two were not as big. The water pressure in the shower were terrible. That should be something that needs to be fixed.

The room didn’t seem throughly cleaned from last occupants. Found balls of hair in the carpet and there were strands of hair left in the bathroom sink. Could also see residue on the toilet seat (which came off easily with a disinfecting wipe) which led us to believe it wasn’t even wiped down previously. Overall the public areas of the hotel were nice and clean.Front desk staff and pool staff were friendly.

Has issues checking in at the kiosk and has to speak to a clerk which only two were checking people in. Waited roughly 40 mins which I thought was long and manager was behind wall but did not assist the other clerks to move line quicker. Was kind of disappointed that she never apologized for the long wait

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Check-in/out with staff was excellent and easy. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great stay.

The room was clean however a bit small but it was good, the check-in was good and check out. It’s close to everything. A great spot
