Very good Service, friendly staff and super clean hotel. The hotel shuttle makes a huge difference in transportation from the hotel to the station and Disney.

We loved this hotel! The layout of the rooms was great and they were very spacious! The. Bathrooms were beautiful and also spacious. Having the washer/dryer in the room was helpful and we were able to do laundry everyday. We had one issue with the air dryer in shower, we went downstairs and they had someone up in 10 minutes to fix it. Everyone who worked there was very kind and helpful. We were able to easily use Google Translate if they didn’t speak English. The location was nice wand quiet but close up to many things. 7 eleven a few minutes away! It did take a little longer to get to other areas of Tokyo as we were not on a main subway line, but we enjoyed th quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. The rooms were also really quiet- we couldn’t hear anything outside or in other rooms! No other hotel we stayed in was this quiet.

The room was comfortable and in a great location. Definitely recommend for a family. We loved coming back to the hotel each night. It was nice to be able to do laundry and have a kitchen.

A very convenient location with a walk to the international terminal via an arcade with shops and restaurants. Premier is worth the upgrade as it offers personalized service while the Grand has a lot of tour bus traffic.
