Property was very clean everyone at the property was very helpful. Check in was very easy. House cleaning did a wonderful job during our stay. Overall property was a perfect place for our family of four

One of the best stays my family and I have had in Tokyo. Every time we went past the reception area we were greeted warmly. The room we stayed at was spacious and the had a washer/dryer that we used a few times during our stay. The room is furnished with a small kitchenette that has a microwave, refrigerator, hot plate and a pan. In the drawers were eating and cooking utensils. The room also had ceramic cups from a city in Japan. The sofa bed was nice and firm. My family slept on the beds and they had no complaints.

Google maps brought us to the staff entrance at the rear but it was not much of a problem.. Room was lovely,nice location and staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Near the subway and taxi’s always available. It has a gym and bowling alley inside. Very nice. We walked to several local places.

One of the best place you can stay in Tokyo during cherry blossom season. Staffs are would class too-notched helpful, passionate, and friendly. I am impressed by their omotenashi evolved to a new level that it’s not clinical but genuinely interested in you.

Great stay in a very quiet part of town. Only stayed 1 night. Staff went above and beyond to work with a luggage forwarding snafu and held our luggage longer than we first anticipated. Pillows were not stellar— but encountered similar style in Hokkaido, so maybe it’s just a thing here in Japan.

This hotel is clean and lovely to stay in. Room was bigger than other budget hotels in the area. Staff were great. Did not see any laundry machines available in building- but there is a paid laundry service. This hotel is filled with foreign travelers almost exclusively. Which wasnt a bad thing for us, we made friends. Just avoid lobby during check-in & check-out times, since no one has spatial awareness. For as great as the hotel was, this neighborhood felt like the Las Vegas of Japan. Never felt unsafe, but do your research and be prepared to walk through trash and vomit piles early in the morning. And be prepared to swerve around many groups of drunken youth while walking to Shinjuku station. I loved it here, but I could see everyone else in my family avoiding Godzilla road altogether. Read up on some forums just to know what you're getting into, its a different vibe from the other major Tokyo neighborhoods (in my opinion). Avoid restaurants in the building & the surrounding block. We tried a few when we were exhausted and starving, and they were all disappointing. The only disappointing meals we had our whole trip! (We have pretty low standards for food, and these meals were noticibly terrible even for us) Great hotel if youre just looking for a clean place to crash after being gone all day! (Assuming you're comfortable navigating Shinjuku Station)

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is incredibly convenient — there’s a train station right across the street, plus a convenience store attached to the hotel (a bit pricier than others, but very handy). There are also additional convenience stores and several restaurants just steps away. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a modern urban vibe and a very welcoming atmosphere. It’s extremely family friendly — my granddaughter especially enjoyed the dedicated kids playroom. They also provide tons of toiletries (face wash, shampoo, conditioner, razors, shaving cream, etc.), which was incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond, greeting us warmly and even giving us small gifts at check‑in. Overall, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It is a great hotel in a good location. Walking distance or a short train ride to just about everything you want to see. The only thing I didnt love is that they dont provide daily housekeeping services. Other than that, its a great spot.
