Recommend getting the swim up altitude room. Comes with butler service, pool side service, premium lounge, breakfast at the grill and the roof top bar/pool. Pools were pretty cold. The adult pool was warmer, our private swim up was very warm and the hot tub was boiling. Activities and night life was ok. Got to try archery for the first time and did yoga, volleyball, water aerobics almost everyday. There was one day with a foam party in the pool. Night life is pretty dead. DJ or karaoke were pretty much it. There is a sports bar with a pool table we like to use. Beach was clean and not packed. Food is the worst I’ve ever had a resort and I have stayed at tons of resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, Bahamas, Costa Rica and DR. The last night was bought the $200 steak and it was not worth it…. Not even worth $50 I got a couples massage and a facial. The massage was ok… facial was odd… she keep going in and out of the room and left the door wide open for anyone to walk by and see. Overall, I would give the resort a 3.

Swim out pool in front of room was fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was better than expected. Only problem was that room backed on to the highway and was noisy. Other than that, the room was very large and comfortable.

Great spa experience, staff was amazing, breakfast was great but the lunch and dinner at buffet was lacking. The other two restaurants (Mexican and Italian) were great and high quality of food.

Everything was amazing. I got a room upgrade thanks to Expedia. This is my third tube stay here. Everything was perfect. Great food. Clean property. Safe as I was on a solo trip. 10/10 would recommend

The hotel was indeed Grand!!!! From the room to the restaurants and all the rest of the place, it was a fabulous place to stay!! Our personal concierge was wonderful !!!!!

My husband and I stayed for a much needed get away. We were both blown away with how beautiful the property and the rooms were. The room had a COMFY bed with soft sheets which is so important to me to have a relaxing time while I travel. The room was spacious and beautiful. The pool area was incredible with ocean views and swim up bar. All staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The food and cocktails were also amazing. I was worried and hesitant at booking initially since it wasn’t an adults only but the pool was calm and peaceful so it was perfect. I had the best time at this resort and will definitely be back.
