Excellent hotel for touring Osaka. Centrally located to shopping and food, and transportation is easy from there to anywhere. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms were a good size. The buffet breakfast is included and is incredible. It’s in a banquet room with spectacular views of the city and the buffet is almost unimaginable in its breadth of offerings.

Staff was always courteous and helpful. The room consisted of a washer and dryer which helped so much on our trip. Definitely recommend!

Very convenient - you walk out and you’re at USJ! They had a welcome drink ticket where you stop by for juice or tea. They had corn soup and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows which my kids loved (we visited the cafe area nightly just for this).

The stand out about this hotel is the people. Everything with the property is excellent. But a hotel is about people. The people that care for you here are so lovely and warm that they feel more like family. You really look forward to seeing them every day and engaging them on the traditions and culture of Japan.

Staff was amazing. Helped us get reservations for dinner at a great izakaya down the street. Nice amenities in the room - water, tea, coffee, toiletries, robes. Helpful staff made suggestions for public transport routes when sight seeing.

Our experience at Six Senses Kyoto was extraordinary from start to finish. Every detail felt thoughtful, personal, and beautifully tailored to our family. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding care from the Kids Club team —Saki and Kaori. They went above and beyond for our 8-year-old son, creating moments of joy, learning, and connection that he will never forget. From fun activities to teaching him the art of origami, they brought so much warmth and magic to his days. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel deeply special. The reception team was equally impressive — attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt genuine and gracious. Six Senses Kyoto is a sanctuary of beauty and calm, but it’s the people who made it truly exceptional. We are grateful for this experience and can’t wait to return.
