"Rather disappointed, definitely in need of an update. Old bathroom with a shower that was almost impossible to get to a permanent temperature, scalding or freezing. Sofa seat starting to drop. Walk way to room starting collapse. But on the plus side, TV, fridge, coffee machine & microwave worked. ..."
