Nice all around experience here. Very friendly staff, clean hotel, and in a location that is well connected with the rest of the city. Rooms were a bit small but that is common for Japan.

Excellent hotel located in a quiet but convenient neighborhood in central Tokyo. Accommodating to small children and within walking distance to parks and restaurants.

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

Convenient location

We booked the panoramic king room with lounge access. It was a pleasant stay with the room newly renovated. The staff were kind but sometimes communication can be difficult but it was generally okay. The hotel is close to oedo and mita metro lines. The view of the tokyo tower from the Lounge is amazing! Its definitely more worthwhile to book a room with lounge access than one without. The heating in the room quite warm so we opened the balcony window throughout the night. The water pressure is great and amenities are quite good (subject to charges if you wish to use the pool and hot spring).
