Great location, close to malls. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They had a huge spread for breakfast and well worth getting it as part of the package. The rooms were quiet and clean.

The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling restaurant.
