To many staff members trying to lure me for timeshare. Also my room did not have a working AC I had to wait for Ac technician

My expectation of the hotel didn’t impress me. I love home design.. I can tell the company cut corners to save money. There was no creativity with designing the hotel.. The hotel is very simple.. My favorite part of the hotel is the food court.. The food court is very elegant classy luxurious type of feel. Love the pool area as well with the beautiful shades of blues.. I didn’t like the designs of the bar areas but over all it was beautiful.

After attempting to stay at holiday inn I pulled the trigger on Trump Hotel. No slamming doors, vehicles handled by valet, smooth process. I definitely will do this again. I got upgraded. I stayed top floor.

We have stayed at the Hilton Club Elara multiple times, and EVERY time has been amazing. The lobby is quiet, clean, and smells amazing… a welcome reprieve from the casino smoke. Our room was gorgeous, with a great view of the strip and sphere. We love the kitchen and the bathroom… the tub and shower are fantastic! Will definitely stay again.

Property was fine except that there are no bathrooms conveniently located.

We paid for panoramic view but when We arrived they did not have my room available. They told me I’ll be next night but not. The hotel gave us a discount for the resort fee but, we didn’t look for the discount, we wanted our room which we paid for.
