The hotel staff are top notch. The hotel and amenities are what you would expect at this price point. I did not like that they nickel and dime you for items that should be included, I.e. pay extra for a basic umbrella on the beach or a refrigerator in the room.

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy

Largest silverfish I have ever seen in my life in our hotel room tucked in the towels. No toilet paper left in room or robes. Had to ask 3 times for toilet paper. Phones stopped working. However on the flip side the property is new, and beautiful. Good location. Don’t expect to be able to charge drinks to your room at the pool side bar - or to use cash.
