Love the location , all the staff friendly with amazing service. Villa pool very clean as is the whole complex. Shout out to the garden staff very nice gardens. We havecdyayed several times because of the staff and amenities. Close to a supermarket and great restaurants. Walking distance to shopping favourites.

Friendly and clean. Furniture a bit worn

Legian beach hotel is a great place to stay. They seem to have accommodation for varying budgets. They were very accommodating with my requests and informative on arrival. Rooms are serviced daily and laundry facilities have improved this year. Daily breakfast is fantastic with a huge range of food. They have a number of restaurants on site. Kids pool, adult only pool with bars around the hotel. Location is just right, cross the road and you're on the sand. Definitely my ongoing accommodation when visiting Bali.

limited breakfast options clean room, great pool early check in is extra cost and expensive even if its just 1.5 hr early. staff is friendly and helpful. location is quiet and safe.

We had a great 9 night stay at the Prime Plaza Suites with our 12 year old son. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping. The pool and other facilities (table tennis, pool tables, fusball, water slide, etc). are fantastic for kids, while the 12pm - 8pm happy hour is great for parents! The restaurant food and breakfast buffet are also quite good. It can be a little noisy with kids in the pool before 8am but that's not unexpected at a family resort.

Our stay included a complimentary daily breakfast. Although not a buffet, each guest was allowed 2 breakfast entrees. Presentation was beautiful and delish.
