We are loyal customers of the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul and have stayed there several times over multiple years.
Our stay in August was absolutely delightful.
Reception staff is exceptional. They are always very helpful and very competent. They remember us and treat us so professionally and kindly.
The hotel grounds and reception are lovely and beautiful.
The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly maintained.
Housekeeping ensures that the rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean and tidy.
The location is close to bus stations and a metro station.
Breakfast is amazing, with endless variety of delicious options. Everything is fresh and nicely presented. The breakfast service is excellent.
Hotel management really cares. They go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
We are delighted.
