Clean room and friendly staff.

Room was clean with a decent view of Waikiki cityscape. You get 2 free water bottles but the water tasted musty. So, I just bought waters from the ABC stores instead. Microwaves are located all the way at the end of the hall on different floors so it takes a bit of walking and waiting for elevators. Bathroom was decently clean. The shower head was fairly weak however. And the knobs are not accurate for hot or cold. Water would be cold until I was blasted with extremely hot water trying to find the right spot on the knob. The walls and door are also a little thin. I could hear people going in and out rooms and flushing toilets above me. I was also able to hear mute conversations around me - depending on how loud my neighbors are. Other than that, the staff is friendly and so helpful. The hotel itself is a great location for Japanese food, and good walking distance to Waikiki Beach. The area is also safe to walk around during the day and night. Just be careful of moving cars.

Great place, awesome view! Cleaning staff are friendly and welcoming. It is under some renovations so Hula Grill was a bit loud, but no inconveniences. Great central location. Pool is small but didn’t care with the beach and ocean right there

Wished it was closer to the beach. Appliances are outdated.

Excellent luxury hotel. The dolphins are amazing. The building itself needs a little maintenance. The ac unit in our room made some strange noises. The battery in the safe needed replaced and the lighting in the bathroom is much too low. The pool furniture and umbrellas are faded. However, the place is very nice and slightly away from the craziness of Waikiki beach. Very private beach. All three restaurants are much too overpriced for the food. They are higher end but $50 for a breakfast is ridiculous. That alone will probably have us stay at the Moana next time.
