Nice and cosy room, albeit a bit dark. Bathroom very small, felt like a cabin on a a boat! Great bar and coworking space with lively atmosphere and trendy design

Services of front desk staff are excellent and commendable. They are not only courteous, responsive but also very helpful. For some reasons, we need a room closer to the lift and the staff kindly arranged the room for me. As it was too early for check in, I left my luggage there and surprisingly the staff already helped me placing the luggage in room for our check in and it was only 1pm. As we departed the hotel, we asked for their help to call a taxi. The lady at front desk guided us (and carrying our luggage) to the street to call a taxi. It was patchy rain at that time. Overall, the GATE hotel excels from the room and amenities to services. We will stay at this hotel again in our next visit.

We reserved two 3-people rooms for 4 peoples. Each room has plenty space for 2 people. The toilet and shower have separate rooms. In addition, the bathtub and washer/dryer in the bathroom are add-on bonus.

A little disappointing for a top end hotel. The room was nice and the shower and bathroom were excellent. We paid extra to have lounge access but the lounge was nothing to speak of. A few packaged snack foods, coffee and alcohol. No food and no service. We thought the lounge would have breakfast like most lounges do so instead we went to the restaurant however we were refused entry because we didn’t have a breakfast voucher!! They knew we were guests of the hotel but still would not let us in. That was horrible service.

Clean room, hotspring onsen on-site, helpful concierge staff and Great location near bus and train station as well as popular shops and malls

The lounge near the fountain has friendly staff and great desserts with coffee and tea just to relax for the night listening to piano and solo singer who are both amazing. Their Spa is something to check out too! Very clean and friendly staff. I will go here again. Highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious and the layout very functional. Felt homey and would stay here again if we are visiting Fukuoka.

The Hotel is unattended, anyhow the hotel manager is always available for any help using the Check-in/out terminal at the entrance. The room was great, comfortable, the facilities, especially those in the kitchen, are excellent and the hygiene and cleanliness are perfect. I strongly suggest this hotel for a good stay.
