The hotel and surrounding areas are beautiful, the red hotel rooms/suites are super comfortable, our room even had a great massahe chair...we loved it!!!

slow checkin, also being told to find mgr to jave sth special once we checkout later during checkin, however, nth special when we really find the mgr at the time to check out, waste my time

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Grand Hyatt Macau. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere especially on the decorating of my anniversaries. A special shout-out to Katrina, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. She was warm, attentive, and very professional. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help truly made my experience memorable. Staff like Katrina are the reason I will definitely return and recommend Grand Hyatt Macau to others. Outstanding property, with so many luxurious touches. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they went the extra mile to make it a special time for us. I will definitely be back as being winter we missed out on the amazing pool facilities

Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.
