Seattle Honeymoon Vacations

A lovely old hotel, friendly and caring staff. My bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was on the small side, but was well appointed.

We were at the Fairmont over the weekend, and only one out of 5 elevators was working. The hotel seemed to be at full capacity and there was no staff members around to assist and direct you to the stairs. The phone lines were down throughout the stay. During room cleaning, our beds were done but water was not topped up in the jars. For the price of this hotel, the service should’ve been better. The women’s room shower downstairs has no running water and the front desk did not seem overly concerned about. This seems like a lot of issues for a hotel at this price point.

Room was great, good location but bar was closed and onsite restaurant was mediocre and closed super early in the evening.

kimpton was once a fun brand. It's evolved into a so-so blah hotel. No service, no perks, nothing innovative or unique. Too bad.
