Resort is huge… if You don’t mind walking in the heat then you’re good. There are trolleys to take you for place to place. But you have to be patient and wait. The food is just ok. Room service made up our room daily but didn’t clean. The carpets were never vacuumed and the floor was never cleaned. Other families said they were left with snacks and night time chocolates. For a resort this big there needs to be more entertainment. Pools need more things to do. Contests / foam parties etc. this is our 2 nd time going bk in 2 years. There has been a big change to the resort and prob won’t be back.

Spent most of my time in the pool, which was clean. I liked all of the a la carte restaurants. Never ate dinner at the buffet. All 3 restaurants at Ambar are very good. Also went to the Fish Market (very good), Mashua (good), Yurta (very good), and Rodizio (good). Lobby bar makes better drinks than the swim up pool bar.

I love The vip section where it was basically for adults and we have our own private beach. I love The personal butler was very nice and Jose was very attentive to my needs and what I wanted To do for the day. The restaurant I liked. I will Say one thing I didn’t like was at the Argentinan steakhouse the meat had too much fat and I had To throw most of it out. The staff were very attentive to my needs and it just felt good to relax and just enjoy the time to myself.
