The room was comfortable and a good size. There is no hotel staff available to interact with on site and the elevator doesn’t run between 11pm and 7 am. With a room on the fifth floor that can be an issue. Although the neighborhood is quiet it is also remote from most tourists attractions. The restaurant below the hotel was outstanding.

This was a great experience. Odd at first with the low touch interaction with the staff but this hotel provides great value and location. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful for service. All staff especially Andreaia were spectacular. Bed wasn’t comfy and soundproofing to the hallway needs improvement.

The property is very well kept and clean. Walkable to the theatre district, Chinatown and Covent Garden. Not too far from the Underground as well. This location worked well for us.

Lovely hotel in a great place for the museums which also felt safe. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We found it to be quiet. Tube stop opposite hotel. Only negative is that the aircon could not cope (30°C + in London).
