Kudaka Island Honeymoon Vacations

We stayed at Okinawa Kariyushi Resort Exes Naha and overall had a very good experience. The hotel can be a bit tricky to find at first, as the entrance is somewhat hidden and it’s commonly referred to simply as “Exes,” while “Kariyushi” is actually the name of the area. Once you locate it, though, the location is quite convenient—about 20 minutes from the airport by monorail or taxi, and roughly a five-minute walk to the central activity area of Naha. The hotel features a nice open-air swimming pool on the second floor and a gym on an upper floor. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit with three queen beds, which were on the firmer side but comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bathroom was also large and came with a good selection of amenities. One small drawback was that the TV only offered local Japanese channels—but honestly, we didn’t come to Okinawa to watch TV. There was a minor issue with a stained chair in the room, but aside from that, everything was in good condition and clean. Being located in downtown Naha means you’re close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. However, most of Okinawa’s major attractions—like Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium or American Village—are quite far (about 2 hours) from the city. You’ll need either public transportation or a rental car to reach them. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially if you want to stay in the heart of Naha while exploring Okinawa.

The pool and hot tub are what make this property stand out. The pool is slightly heated to 28*C. Within walking distance there is a Family Mart. And up the hill there is a Starbucks, Blue Seal truck, Ramen, Bar, and a few other shops. Close to the aquarium and Sesoko Island and beach. (This is my second time staying here but this time I had a lot of problems with the hot water; it continued running out and resetting it did not always work). Overall it is an amazing property with a lot of space to spread out as a big family or friend group. Even with the rainy and gloomy weather for this Memorial Day weekend we made the best of it. We will definitely return again.

Highly recommend for family with baby. Spacious room. Sea view with balcony . Could view star at night . The small kitchen is what you need for a baby ! Could do simple cooking and reheat food .

Best resort ever we wish we would have stayed longer. The staff were absolutely amazing the kindest and sweetest people. The room was breathtaking, the resort was clean and neat. 10/10 resort.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it!! Beautiful resort and the staff was exceptional!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. 10/10 Would recommend staying here

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The service from the hotel is great. The only bad stuff i could say is that the bed gave me some serious lower back pain as it was very stiff but i think thats how the futtons are. Also the information given in the room was saying that we could get a 6pm checkout but the staff didn’t seem to know about this policy. I eventually couldn’t get it which was a problem but we managed to kill sometime on the mall. The staff is amazing there are no complaints whatsoever absolutely recommend.

Great stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was spacious and clean. No complaints at all.

Nice place. Great ocean view. Nice little kitchen. No hot water for th 2 nights I stayed. It gets warm. But not hot. Proce and marketing reflect the beach vibe but honestly it’s not beachy. It’s a tourist area w a giant park w aquatic and garden features. Nice enough for an afternoon. The emerald beach nearby is kind of sad honestly. Better of staying in other areas of Okinawa and driving into motobu to visit the park. I thought the price was a bit high for what it was. But within reason considering space and it was clean and nice. King bed was very comfortable.
