would like to recommend this hotel for its excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made my stay very comfortable. Special Jonathan , he did awesome job.

Food was great. So much so that i started loving chia 😀 the room was clean but there was definitely evidence of age. However love this hotel

This hotel is perfect, I’ve stayed at this hotel before, always a great stay. The hotel is centrally located to all Sydney has to offer, the hotel is also close to all public transport options. The rooms themselves are spotless, great amenities and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in Sydney.

Room design was very efficient. Staff very nice.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location and not too far from the airport which makes this as an excellent choice.The room was clean and staff at the reception and concierge were very helpful during our stay. The room condition is good but has a very unique layout. Cleanliness could be improved for the room and maintenance on some areas of the room would be great. Swimming pool area is great too. The only downside is you have to use multiple elevators for your hotel room which sometimes could be a long wait during busy times. Overall, a great place to stay and easily accessible to major attractions CBD has, would recommend.

Everything was great, Location, View, cleaneness, friendliest staff, buffet breakfast,gym and swimming pool and If they would had staff helping with luggage would have been even more wonderful.
