The room didn’t seem throughly cleaned from last occupants. Found balls of hair in the carpet and there were strands of hair left in the bathroom sink. Could also see residue on the toilet seat (which came off easily with a disinfecting wipe) which led us to believe it wasn’t even wiped down previously. Overall the public areas of the hotel were nice and clean.Front desk staff and pool staff were friendly.
