The place is emasculate, very clean, spacious bathroom & bath tub, the room is a good size More than we expected as most hotels in Asia is somewhat small. The location is fabulous, walking distance to china town & only a few stops from Little India. The view from the room Is superb, you can see most of the city. The lobby is grand, equipped with a bar & coffee shop.the front desk is courteous & helpful. They would call you a taxi & will be there in a few minutes. They kept our suitcases after checkout For free & without hesitation. Overall great service.

Service at reception is poor and inconsistent, not fitting a luxury brand. Wrong information was provided at check in and check out. Treated like a second class citizen because I booked the stay on Expedia. Pacific Club Lounge service is faultless.

Second time staying here and wow they’ve made some amazing upgrades. You will not be disappointed - the hotel feels spacious, glamorous and very quiet. The bed is comfortable and the shower is always hot. This is a five star experience you don’t want to miss.
