Staff was excellent, especially Mich and Abigail who welcomed us on that first day. I think the primarily worked at the Saffron cafe. Breakfast was awesome. I love how the staff remembered my coffee preference and the wide variety of breakfast offering. Leave room for croissants. Jennifer and Zhenn were great at keeping my room cleaned. If you ever use the spa Zeth was great. She helped ease the pain in my lower back. Location was a pleasant change from the crowds of station 2 and 3. You practically had the beach to yourself at certain times of the day. I had a deluxe seaview room and i loved waking up to the view of the ocean. Will definitely come back

Great location, clean rooms (cleaned twice an day)and the staff is very nice and helpful.

​My four-night stay at Savoy was absolutely perfect. The private beach is beautiful and impressively peaceful, far away from the usual crowds. The staff was incredibly attentive and always available whenever I needed assistance. I especially enjoyed the breakfast at Savoy Cafe, which featured fresh fruits, a great variety of breads, and different dishes every morning. The Newcoast area is very convenient, offering a 7-Eleven, ATV tours, kayaking, and excellent dining like the local steakhouse. It's the perfect spot for sunrise views and poolside relaxation. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quieter side of Boracay.

We had a great stay. Some hiccups along the way but otherwise great. They fixed any problems that comes right away and with a smile. Shout out to Ms. Chinky in Housekeeping, she’s very attentive to our requests, and made sure we are happy and comfortable. All the other staff from front desk to housekeeping and restaurants are giving their best. Shoutout to Rene @ the breakfast buffet, love his positivity and attentiveness. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Love the bright colors every where, feels really like fun.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. It has many restaurants, a huge pool and it opens up onto a private beach shared with a couple of other hotels which was incredible. I have never stayed in a hotel where staff were so attentive - they were so friendly and more than happy to help at any moment in time. I would highly reccomend staying here!! It is an incredibly beautiful place - I would stay here again!

The view on the 3rd floor balcony was excellent. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was good with the exception of the ants. There were a lot of ants in our room. It's not something you can get rid of because they live inside the wood on the balcony. The access to this hotel is not very accesible, so be aware if you're travelling with kids. There's a 5-10 minute rough walk to the main road to ride the e-trike. If they do something about the ants and if you don't mind the decent walk to the main road. This would be a great choice for you.

There was no window in the room, but it was okay for a 1-day stay for us. Breakfast was good and the ocean view from the lobby was great.
