I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott in Egypt, and I can confidently say it was a five-star experience from start to finish! First and foremost, the **customer service** was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest, which is something I truly appreciated. The **cleanliness** of the hotel was impressive. Every area, from the lobby to my room, was spotless and well-maintained. I also felt very safe throughout my time at the hotel. The environment was secure, and the staff took every measure to ensure the safety of all guests. It allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my vacation without any worries. The hotel's location is another highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions. It’s the perfect base for exploring the rich culture and history of Egypt while still enjoying the comforts of a high-end resort. If you're looking for a getaway that offers both beauty and impeccable service, the Marriott Omar Al Khayyam in Egypt is the place to be.

As always, this stay was such a treat. The property is lovely, expansive, and very central, with a large variety of dining options. I was in town for two nights before traveling to their Sharm property for a weeklong stay. The real highlight of the stay is, unsurprisingly, the amazing staff. Our drop off and in-room check-in were well-coreographed and well-executed. The thoughtful touches from housekeeping are always delightful too (e.g., bookmarks in my books, a Four Seasons-branded cloth for my glasses, etc.). The concierge was magnificent and endlessly helpful. We mentioned in passing that my traveling companion had some stomach issues (the kind you dread getting abroad), and the concierge had the pharmacy deliver medicine for my friend, and later called the room to offer complimentary chicken soup and chamomile tea. The next night, we dined at Byblos, and the staff there were standouts too. My companion was still dealing with stomach issues and couldn't finish his dinner, so the manager took the plate off our check and gave my friend a complimentary pot of chamomile tea (all without being asked). Everyone knew or quickly memorized our names and every member of the staff was all smiles at all times. It was the same standard of excellence all across the board. Overall another strong showing by the Four Seasons (most recently I spent a week at their property in Florence, if that's helpful context for my standard of comparison here). The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out. My room was beautifully prepared, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for a restful night. The hospitality truly stood out, and even in such a short stay, I felt the warmth and professionalism that make this hotel special. I look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future!
