The staff at Margaritaville Resorts Times Square was superb. Every single staff member from the Front Desk personnel to the cleaning staff to the servers were superb. What impressed us most was their level of professionalism for such a young group. They all helped make our stay very enjoyable!

Room was clean, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Diego. Food throughout the hotel was exceptional! Lobby bar had great end-of-day cocktails in a cozy setting. Will definitely stay again!
