8/10 Very Good! (31 reviews)

The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp.

"Unhelpful staff and they didn’t speak English. The bed was full of hair and the sheets are probably about 20 years old. Definitely not worth the money, there are WAY better hotels in Makassar. Very disappointing"
