The staff were unhelpful and definitely not a place to stay if you are an english speaking tourist. At times, they will not be able to help any requests and will speak about you to eachother in front of you. If asked for help, staff will leave to “fix the issue” and disappear for 10 minutes despite telling you it’ll be a few minutes. Upon retuning, they’ll greet coworkers, go behind the counter and “work” on stuff until approached again regarding request. Definitely needs better staff but otherwise, good and growing location, close enough to attractions. Generic requests are well received and most times, staff was great and helpful, just something to be weary about for anyone coming in with poor portuguese.

This hotel os located on the quiet section of Copacabana Beach. It is less crowded and feels much safer then staying in the area of posta 4 and 3. No issues with pick pockets near thisThis hotel staff is amazing and extremely helpful, especially Luis who speaks English. This area and walking distamce to Ipanema beach. Beach is directly across the street , rent your chairs from Orlando and Joao at flag number 182, they are trustworthy and helpful. I strongly recommended the Orla hotel, the rooftop pool offers a beautiful view.

The stay was nice. I will say The cleaners didn’t do very well with sweeping the floors. I went to the beach every day and the floors were still sandy after it was “cleaned”. The breakfast was a waste of money. Im still trying to get my money back for the breakfast. You are better off going to the restaurant across the street for breakfast it was better, more fresh, and cheaper. The juice at the hotel breakfast was good . That was the only thing. The fruit wasn’t fresh, i don’t eat meat so i cant tell you how that was. Over all the stay was good , i just want my money back for the breakfast. I only ate there once and i paid for a week.
