From the moment we arrived, all members of your staff were courteous, professional, and consistently helpful. Any requests we had were attended to promptly and with great care. I would especially like to commend Paul, the Concierge, whose outstanding service truly made our stay exceptional. Paul went above and beyond in assisting us with navigating Hong Kong, providing excellent recommendations, clear directions, and valuable local knowledge. In addition, we were extremely grateful for his thoughtful assistance regarding my 100-year-old aunt who visited us at the hotel. Paul kindly guided us on arranging a handicap-accessible Uber and helped ensure we could comfortably reach our specialty restaurant. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine care were greatly appreciated. Thanks to Paul’s exceptional service, our stay at Novotel was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Please extend our gratitude to him and the entire team for making our visit such a positive experience.

Rooms were clean. Staff attentive. The hotel is located in Tin Hau. There are a lot of places to eat in the area. Close to the MTR. There are many shops close by.
