A wonderful hotel. I am pleased with everything - they provided us with a shuttle from Terminal 3 with really helpful drivers, a quick and easy check-in. The room was clean, well-organized with all the necessities for travelers - hairdryer, floor scale, shower and a bathtub, even the USB cord for device charging. We spent two nights there, on the way to another country and on the way back home, to USA. Both times was a perfect experience. Really quiet, no noise from nearby Airport whatsoever. The shower had hot water and nice massage showerheads. The breakfast was amazing btw. Even though its an additional charge, it was well worth it. It was a buffet with all possible dishes, from hot oatmeal, nuts and fresh fruits and cheese and cold cuts to some hot Chinese traditional cuisine dishes. Definitely choosing this hotel chain for future stays.

Sorry but this hotel was terrible. I booked a Club Lounge access room, I asked when the lounge was open I was told it was closed. On checking it had a sign saying closed for several months, happy hour would be in the bar. I was told at reception the bar was closed this was at 18:30 PM. One of the pillows on my bed had dried blood on it. The restaurant staff kept on forgetting my order and I had to chase them, there was only 3 people in the restaurant so not busy. In the morning I discovered bugs in my room. Staying at an airport hotel on a Friday night is already painful, but to have no where to relax and have some beers was soul destroying. Also charging for lounge access and not providing it feels like fraud. Avoid at all costs!

The hotel room is really old but consider it is opening for over 30 years that’s acceptable. Hotel management should consider renovate the property to compete the new hotels. I booked the hotel through Expedia and tired to reach out for a refund because my schedule change, it was so difficult and nothing i was able to do to change the reservation. Frustrating process.
