The staff was excellent to help me after an arrival snafu, and thereafter always available and responsive. Walked several blocks to find me upon arrival and then accompanied me to get my uber taxi upon departure as examples. Nicely situated place right in the heart of downtown; a little older and dated but clean and quite comfortable, small bar and adjacent cafe convenient.
