Ko Ta Ro Tao Kid friendly Vacations

The whole check in experience was awful and I left a review about that already. It took over an hour to check in. (Confusing signs, long lines, no direction or staff helping guide) When the hotel seen my review they called and offered a dining credit and said if it was unused it would go to my hotel bill. It never showed on bill and I had no way to review charges or credits since no texts, emails, or receipts were sent. I was not about to go stand in the line, again, to talk to someone after doing mobile checkout. You can see your charges on the TV in the room but once checked out I did not receive any communication on the charges. We changed rooms after one night and when we did our TV didn’t work so we called and they came and fixed it and then we found that our shower wouldn’t work and I began to feel like such a burden so we just showered in 1 of 2 rooms we had and let it be. The parking garage exit bars were broken causing jams at exit. The whole experience was not what it should be for the amount of money spent. Was not impressed.

I was disappointed with our room. I specifically asked in advance for a room away from the elevator because I was traveling with my elderly mother and children. Unfortunately, we were given a room right next to the elevator, with the elevator shaft directly behind the wall. There was constant loud banging and noise, especially at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I was disappointed that my request was ignored.

Our room was in very clean upon checking in and ready for early check in, which was very helpful considering our flight arrived early. There is also availability to do self-check in at the kiosk which save lots of time from standing in the long lines at the front lobby desk. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and knowledgeable of nearly anything you needed. I will definitely staff here over and over again when visiting Vegas.

Prestige club lounge was absolutely amazing. Every experience felt elevated by the wonderful staff and amenities! Will be staying here again and again
