Jinny was absolutely amazing and helped me with my special sleeping requirements. The entire front concierge team were on the ball, attentive to everything that we were even thinking about before we even asked and supportive in every way possible. The cleaning staff that cleaned Suite 908 for our one week stay ending on January 2 was so friendly and patient. It was unbelievable.
I will be sending a email to Mason Lee, the manager directly to thank him for the quality of his staff and the commitment to service excellence.
Amazing people, amazing venue, amazing location, and we will be returning for an extended stay next year.
