Staff was top notch throughout the property. From the check in counter to the restaurants to the casino employees. Very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here and you must eat at the sushi restaurant and the Edge steakhouse was 5 star. Service was incredible there.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We had an awesome time staying here before a work conference. Beautiful and clean room, awesome amenities and dining on site, neat places to eat, drink, and hang with the great Zouk night dance club! We enjoyed the spa for an afternoon, too.

My experience here was amazing I would definitely stay here again.

Staff and service are great but the room was old and outdated. It did not smell fresh.. old guy and carpet.
