The breakfast is excellent. The staff are polite and very courteous in attending to you. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gym is small and limited. The swimming pool is under renovations.

VIP unrecognized, staff failed to provide the usual welcome service. Breakfast is huge but quality is very average.

This is my second stay and start to notice that there are many areas where service is lacking mostly due to staff shortage. At the pool area, there’s only 1 server that is running around serving food and drinks. The ashtrays at the smoking area don’t get cleaned at all so some are overfilled with cigarette butts. At breakfast I had to go to the counter to request hot water every day that I was there. I arrived and had to handle my luggage from the taxi to the check in desk, didn’t see any bellboy around. After check out I had to wheel my luggage to the lobby entrance door.

Lovely relaxing stay, stunning suite, awesome pool area with great food & drinks. We also went to the new bar on 36th floor which had great sunset views. Staff are brilliant too.

We had a 10 star experience!!! This was the last stop on a lengthy celebration trip and it couldn't have been better. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, more space than we needed, but the most memorable experience! The view! The service! The breakfast! The lounge upgrade is worth it too!
